They may also display patterns of self-sabotage, such as engaging in destructive behaviors or pushing others away.

They might struggle with intimacy, have difficulty maintaining long-term commitments, or attract partners who reinforce their negative beliefs about themselves. They might also exhibit controlling or codependent behaviors, seeking validation and love from others to fill the void left by their early experiences.
